Multiverse Plugin upload problems

Hey everyone, I'm struggling to figure this problem out. Basically my uploaded worlds to the multiverse plugins are nothing but ocean water and some natural generated islands, but the map loads up just fine in single player. I did read in another thread that all I needed to do was delete the player data, and then zip it, but that doesn't work either, any advice would be awesome.
