what error message is he getting?

check https://aternos.org/players/banned-players and https://aternos.org/players/banned-ips and remove him or his ip if it is listed there

list the plugins you use here
and check https://aternos.org/players/banned-players and https://aternos.org/players/banned-ips and remove anything in those lists and try restarting your server

i only have clearlag but i tried to unban him from https://aternos.org/players/banned-players and i press f5 and he still there
stop the server then remove him
