Can you please add the mod "Idō"?

Idō is a mod that brings 1.13 and 1.14 movement such as swimming or crawling into 1.12.2.
A small addition but quite necessary for the best experience of this mod is the mod RandomPatches which enables the smooth camera animations when swimming or crawling just as newer versions. This mod also includes a bunch of new additions focused to fix some aspects of the minecraft experience.
