    I was playing on my Minecraft survival server with four friends as we set out to kill the dragon (again X4) we noticed something, LAG so much lag. I checked the console and it ran ~20000ms behind. So, an option that allows that would be awesome.

    ram is already dynamically allocated (means if the server need more it gets more until it reaches the limit). This limit is set by the software and version and can be seen on the server page.

    RAM is not a magical performance boost and actually quite expensive. As a free service aternos always tries to get the best performance but still has monetary limitations.

    My server runs fine with 12-13 players and we have added many plugins for minigames too...

    Also depends on your version, software, amount of chunks loaded on your server and more. And as you've not been given information about this, you can not compare your server to his.
