Modpack "Does not support own servers"?

Hello,

Roman denied a request for a modpack and he provided this motivation:
"Does not support own servers"
What does he mean with that statement?

Here's the thread he just posted in:

We initially interpreted it as if we needed to ensure there is a server modpack provided with the modpack, but apparently that does not do the trick. So, which requirements does a modpack need to meet in order for it to be elligible for approval by Aternos?

Please help as it is evidently unclear to me and the modpack owner what exactly is wrong and should be altered in order to get the modpack approved.
