EssentialsX no config.yml

Hello, I've just setup a 1.12.2 bukkit/spigot server and downloaded multiple plugins, one of witch is EssentialsX. Now when I go into the files to customize the plugin I can't seem to find a config.yml. Is it supposed to be like this?

I'm getting a [Essentials] Missing userdata folder, aborting if that has anything to do with it.

Ah, I've solved it. Just needed to start the server.
