Welt wir nicht gespeichert

Hallo, ich habe ein Problem das mir häufig passiert ist. Ich und meine freunde spielen "feat the Beast" im Chat steht sehr häufig das die Welt gespeichert hat danach wenn wir den Server stoppen und wieder Hochfahren ist die Map noch vorhanden ABER alles ist weg z.B Unser Haus unsere Maschinen einfach alles nur das im Inventar nicht. Ich hab es schon von einem Bachup wiederhergestellt aber es bringt nichts. Könnt ihr mir weiterhelfen ?

Danach stürzt der Server ab und ich bekomme bei [lexicon]Minecraft[/lexicon] die Meldung "internal exception java.net.sockettimeoutexception read timed out"
