Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: Connection reset by peer

Hi,

I keep getting disconnected from my server the error says "Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: Connection reset by peer" its wierd because i didnt get this error before but now i cant even conect to the server.

What do I need to do to fix this problem?
