The morph plugin doesnt work while I installed all the required plugins. I am on spigot 1.14.4.

Did you confirm that the installed version of Morphy and LibsDisguises are compatible with each other and that they are compatible with the servers version?

Libs Disguises hasn't been updated there for years, so it's probably not compatible with 1.14
