What's the most boring thing you must do while making a server?
For me it is settuping the ranks. I hate doing this. 
I must make the prefixes, the suffixes, the permissions, the suffixes and prefixes on the nametag.....

Configuring plugins.
This is overall a time-consuming thing, and causes a lot of problems.
Looking back at the time i got 11 errors because of wrongly configuring a plugin
