Bring back MyPet versions that are still on spigotmc.org (No external websites)

Title. All MyPet versions listed in "Version History" on spigotmc.org do NOT use external sites, therefore they can be downloaded by Aternos system.

Thanks for the reply! Many people (and I of course) would appreciate it, MyPet is a good plugin and the latest version on SpigotMC (1.3.9) even supports 1.15.2
