CommandHelper cannot be installed

I'd like to get the plugin CommandHelper for my server.

This plugin is a simple scripting and alias plugin by the makers of WorldEdit.

However, the Bukkit page for it doesn't have any files attached to it, so Aternos cannot recognize it.

The developers ask that you get new builds of the plugin from their website, but Aternos doesn't seem to support it.

Is there any way I can install this plugin?
