Zombie kill villagers instead of converting them

    So in my aternos server (and many other) i have seen that whenever you try to make a villager into a zombie, unlike a regular world, the zombie just kills them instead of turning them into zombie villagers which is a key part of villager trading. Is this just an unfixable bug or what can i do to solve it?

    There are chances for that. For example: On Hard difficulty, zombie will always turn villager into zombie villager

    If you use Normal difficulty, there's only half chance they will turn them (around 50%)

    They will always straight up killing the villager on Easy and Peaceful difficulty
