  • As most of us understand, the queue is very long at the present time as a result of a peak of players and also the scaling back of resources due to the current situation, which is completely understandable, and an excellent service is understandable, and obviously the length of the queue cannot be helped.

At the end of the queue the website asks for a confirmation of presence in order to start the server, which is understandable as it would be a waste to put an empty server up. However with the queue being between 60-90 minutes at times at the minute, I think its a bit harsh to expect people to be able to sit at their PC for the whole of the queue time, so I propose that we should be given a little longer than the 30 secs or so we get as of current to confirm, possibly 2-5 mins? When the queue used to be 5-15 minutes this was never an issue, but now the queues are so long its quite a bit more difficult. I usually set a timer for when the queue will finish to try and make sure I'm there, however sometimes the queue shortens or you might not make it back to the PC in time. This is particularly problematic considering if you miss it you have to wait through the whole queue again, which in the past wasn't so bad, but now the queues are so long its more of an issue. Therefore I think it would be of benefit just to increase this time a little bit?

    Many thanks,

    Hurricane:)

  • I have them enabled however they're easy to miss, particularly when the queue is 90 minutes long so you could have gone to get a drink or something and miss it. It was easier to track and make sure you're at your PC at the right time back when the queue was much shorter.
