Earlier today I started up the server and had to wait around 90mins for it to start. All went well and me and another friend played for a while.
Later on, I fixed a problem with a plugin not working, uploaded the world again and clicked START.
After waiting 140mins, with only 2 mins left, it gave me the option to CONFIRM. I clicked on it and accepted it, only to be met with the server turning offline instead of waiting the remaining 2 mins in queue.
Here are the logs. The only thing the log has is me and my friend playing earlier today, nothing about the server going offline with 2 mins still left in the queue: https://mclo.gs/pqp9icA

Have you tried running the server again? Does it happen again?
It could be a visual problem. I happen to have a server still in the queue, but it's actually already running. Restarting the page helps to fix it. You may have it actually started and shut down.
If that happens every time you start the server, then I don't know what the problem is
