iConomy6 is still installed after deletion

Recently I installed iConomy6 onto my server but after realizing how much better craftconomey is I uninstalled the .jar file from my files folder along with the other assets. So I typed in console "plugins" to see if it was gone and it was still there. So I tried just switching the economy's but using /vault-convert but no luck. I even did the ccsetup and tried to use /vault-convert but no luck again. Can somebody please help me. I would appreciate it. Thanks!

the iconomy jar file is gone but still appears in console i can copy and paste the log

thanks! i was gonna delete that but i wasnt sure if it would damage my server or not
