The plugin BanManager do not load

Hi Aternos Team!

I can't download the BanManager plugin. After i click to button, plugin loaded, but i dont see him in "Files". Please, reslove this problem.

The creator of the plugin moved the download to an external website, our system is then not able to download it anymore.

I removed it from our plugin database now
