Unable to get into server because of command block

I was working on my server and needed to take my dog out for a walk but wanted to avoid the idle timeout for just a couple of minutes. I had set up a repeating command block with the command "/setidletimeout 10000000" Now, I just had it set like this because I wasn't sure how long I would be gone for and wanted to make sure that the server idle timeout wouldn't run out. It seems that the command number went so high that it went into the negatives possibly and now it instantly kicks me from the server for being idle for too long. I've attempted to turn off command blocks but It didn't work (possibly because of it only working for normal command blocks??). But I really need help with this and I don't want to lose the mass amounts of progress I've made with this server.
