I cant manage make villagers spawn on my server no matter what I do I already talked some staff and they didn't know what to do

what have you tried?

what villagers? normal vannila or those trade villagers?

Which of the following do you mean?
- Villagers don't spawn naturally in the world.
- Villagers refuse to breed.
If it is #1 make sure you have NPC's enabled in your options.
If it is #2 make sure they are fed and that there are more beds then villagers.

I think you don't have this on, turn it on and restart the server.
