Issue Joining Server

Hi! one player (and one player only) has been getting an issue where he cannot get on the server. In console I get the message that he lost connection: Internal server error. He had been banned but is not anymore. I unbanned his username and ip and I just don't understand why. Please help!

Tell him to maybe try the dyn IP, but idk what should be wrong

Maybe his player data is corrupted.

Andreas he can join other servers fine... this is the error in control panel

You can download the world, delete his player data and upload the world again.
