I can't install this plugin 1.6.1. The file is just not added to the folder. However, I can install version 1.6. What's the problem?

The creator of that plugin uploaded an updated with the same version number for the 3rd or 4th time within the last hours.
Due to caching on the API we're using this causes issues.
I requested another update on the API now, so it's maybe fixed in some hours. But it will reoccur as long as the creator updates the plugin without increasing the version number
