I can get on my Server but my friend can't? PLEASE HELP

Hello,

i can get onto my server easily no problem after waiting in the queue for ages. However my friend(s) cannot seem to get on as its stating that the server is not reachable or is appearing offline however we know it's not because i can get onto the server.

the full message is

"hi ***,

You are trying to connect to ******************.

Server not found"

What does this mean as i can get onto it?

That means that he is using an ip which does not exist, instead of the ip of your actual server.

Make sure that he is using the IP that you are using.

There might be a spelling mistake in the ip which he filled in or something.
