Hi, im having an issue with installing this plugin, it doesnt appear in my folder, if anyone had this issue can you tell me how'd you fix it.

Downloading plugins from https://spigotmc.org/ is currently not possible. Unfortunately the root cause is out of our control, so we can't really fix it.
We are working on a solution. There is no ETA when plugin download will work again.
Plugins from https://dev.bukkit.org/ or https://songoda.com/ should still work.
