Hello. I wanted to add plugin to my server but i can't do this 'cause when i add plugin it just dont install. when i check site of plugin that says it can be added on my version (1.15.2), but still it doesn't works.

Downloading plugins from https://spigotmc.org/ is currently not possible. Unfortunately the root cause is out of our control, so we can't really fix it.
We are working on a solution. There is no ETA when plugin download will work again.
Plugins from https://dev.bukkit.org/ or https://songoda.com/ should still work.
