I feel like that sould be a thing because if you start, for example, a server with a modpack that has 256 mods (as I did) and it crashes during starting (when usually it doesn't), it kinda sucks that you have to wait the whole 5 minutes queue again, + the server LONG starting time (which in unfortunately the case with a 256 mods modpack.
I know that when your server is already started, pressing the "Restart" button skips the queue. So I think that when a server crashes when in the "Starting..." period, it should automatically restart and skip the queue.
[Suggestion] Skip the queue to restart a crashed server

That would be unfair for all users which have working server and don't try to push their server to the limits

I think this is a good idea, but it is a pretty rare occurrence for servers to crash unless there are plugins/mods that use like 15gb of ram.

Or just don't use 256 mods, but less...

You should be GRATEFUl.
I every time I play it make me wait for 45-60 minutes.
Your 5 minutes is just so absolutely short
And don't forget that Aternos is a free server host, which generates revenue from ads.
First come first served.

What about making it so it tells you about incompatabilities before the server actually started?

Or just don't use 256 mods, but less...
even with 5 mods i have to wait 60-80 minutes.
-
That literally does not make a single difference with the queue...

tbh if you are trying to host a server that has a lot of mods or very heavy ones, you would be better off self-hosting. Free server host providers are, as the name suggests, free. As they are supported by ads and donations there will probably not be the best hardware in the servers. Also because many people will be wanting to use them, the servers hosted will probably be a bit slower. Aternos is a good choice if you just want to play minecraft with a few other people, but don't expect it to run heavy modpacks.
