Where is PermissionEX?

I can't find PermissionsEX on the spigot/bukkit 1.15.2 list of plugins. Any help would be thanked.

The creators of PEX tood it down from dev.bukkit.org

What do i use to replace it then? as most of the plugins are dependent on it.

They don't really depend on it.

You can use other permission systems like LuckPerms
