Hello, I need help, thanks in advance!
My server is running on version 1 13 2, it used to be 1 15 2 and switched over because the citizens plug-in was not installed correctly. And now there is also a problem when I write the / npc command nothing works and does not respond! And on version 1 15 2 it burned red in general and wrote an error. Please help I will be very grateful!(p.s 
I also tried to install other versions, it did not help)

I understood it, but I got an answer to my question, why even the Citizens plugin doesn’t work on 1 13 2? It lights up in green, but nothing works when you enter the command!
