Ok, so I want to switch my email address that is linked to my account to a different one.
You can change the mail address on the account page. Note that it is not possible to change the associated Account if you use Google or FB auth.
How do I do that? Also, how do I switch where backups are going?
Check Step 6, afterwards you can connect a new one:
