Can't join any server created using pocketmine plugin software

Hey can somebody help me please I can't join any server even my server created with pocketmine plugin software. If I try to join it says connection timed out. And by the way I play pocket edition 1.14.60 on android.

I am trying to use pocketmine 3.12.2.

Yes I tried the bedrock software it is perfectly fine. But I want to play with plugins but I can't join.

The server starts perfectly fine but I can't join. I once checked on the logs it says player connected uid:(I don't remember the uid)

Then it says player disconnected due to login timeout.

Yes I did it didn't work I even tried the older versions but none of them worked for me.

And another thing it showed my minecraft name instead of uid when I use bedrock software.

My aternos username is NpGamingBoy.

The server ip is NGBUHC.aternos.me .

And the port is 55255.

By the way the server is white listed.
