i've always asked myself this very question, how do you guys create the domains? (i'm talking about the default ones like example.aternos.me) you can even change the domains, i really want to know how to create them

Simply said: We registered the domain aternos.me and create sub-domains for each server.
Honstely we can't go deeper into that topic as you need basic understand on how DNS/Domains etc. work.
But you have to teach yourself that. There are many docs, tutorials etc. out there in the internet.

But only the main domain (aternos.me) costs money. Subdomains (myserver.aternos.me) are free then.

I believe for hosting the actual website, it's code and everything yes.

We pay for hosting the website, servers, software like the zendesk help center and the forums etc.
The code for the website was written by ourselves
