The Golden Enchants version hasn't been updated
The 2.6.4 version is the latest version and supports 1.16+
Please upload the updated version (2.6.4), The only thing updated there was the title but not the version itself as it still shows 2.6.3 as the latest one

That's an issue in the API we use to fetch plugin data from spigotmc.org.
I requested an update in that API, so it should get fixed in the next ~2 hours
But it may be that this does not work because the plugin creator uploaded multiple versions with the same version string "2.6.4" which causes issues in the API
