Tardis Plugin Config

Hello there, I am looking for a way to configure the Tardis plugin. When i start up my server, it is saying that the TARDIS plugin is disabled in the log, while also giving an error. If anyone can explain to me how to do this, or why this is happening, it would be greatly appreciated

I have tried using one of the solutions by updating to the most recent, Should i go to a past version of the plugin?
