Need Help with SkillAPI

I really like the skillAPI plugin, but it has a dinamic skill and class editor that creates a .yml file to put in the skillApi folder, is there a method to upload this file?

yes, but the plugin has an editor that makes the work a lot more easier, so I wanted to know if its possible to upload the file that it creates like a worldedit schematic
