[Suggestion] Public Start ?

Dear Team !

My suggestion is a way to make a -- public start button -- to start the server only when the server is offline i understand that you can give permissions to only start but that is per player permissions . If we had a public start button servers would be more simple to players so they can play on the server whenever .

This would help with many time zones so players can play their favourite server !

This can be a toggle able feature .
