We should be able to modify the messages that say "Outdated server" and 'outdated client". This could further help the customization of our servers, or in my case, when using ViaVersion and people connect from an unsupported version, to display all supported versions.
The Aternos forums are now deprecated

Pretty sure that's a message you can't change. although I could be wrong
-
We can in server.properties

Well, you can't access that. I also just looked through server.properties and there is no value for that as far as I saw

Definitely not in server.properties

There are no such messages in server.properties.
However, only spigot.yml can do that, which is a file that you can't access to

There are many configurations you don't wanna mess with. Either way, is there any other benefits other than customize your server?

Not confusing players about what versions are supported, since ViaVersion cannot broadcast it's "Wrong version" message when the users join on an unsupported version, but it says the default message to "Use 1.15.1" while 1.12-1.16.1 is supported on my server.
