Seems to be related to the Avatar mod
Check if the error persists on a new world.
If you want to keep it contact the creator of the Avatar mod, maybe he is able to provide a fix

Just a note: AvatarUtils seems to crash servers regularly, I haven't tested it myself yet, but maybe it's just not for servers
