exp bug

everytime i use spiggot/bukkit/papermc in my server the exp that dropped from a mob is only one, even the ender dragon also dropped one exp

is there any way to fix this?

it seems like the exp can't sit next to each other, the other one will just despawned,

hmm still doesn't work

so it's actually not a bug, the exp just merge into one orb, is there any way to disable this?
