ENTITY LAG, BUT WHY?

All the entities, Minecarts and even my friends are lagging on my screen, Is that the problem of my Network ?

I actually have 3 mods no plugins

I use Forge and 3 Mods

My Forge server lags.....ALL ENTITIES LAG EVEN FISHES AND MINECARTS

Please tell me what should i do

Should i give you my server accsess, you check

I know its not a live chat but please reply a BIT fast

I have 3 mods ill check that code ( /forge tps) tomorrow
