Plugin Suggestion Rejected

Hello Aternos Team

When i suggest the following server plugin: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/dynmap.274/ it is being rejected. Aternos supports any plugin from: https://www.spigotmc.org/ and I don't understand why it doesn't support this plugin. Please tell me why is it being rejected because i really want this plugin on my server.
