[Suggestion] Power Ranks plugin addon (Editor GUI)

Hi guys !!

I would like to suggest the addition of the Power Ranks addon WebEditor, it works like LuckPerms WebEditor.

But unfortunately the addon has to be manually uploaded to the plugin addons folder.

Yeah the plugin addon is not available under spigot website.

The PowerRanks plugin is already available.
