Server launch flags for preformance.

Hello everone.

It's about jvm flags that probably can incrase server preformance. What do you think aboud adding it to all servers? May this can incrase server preformance for free?

While I do support also using these flags, the costs of those flags might be higher than the actual use in the use case of Aternos
