Permissions???

    i need help lol
    I'm new to this, so whenever i click the link for a plugin for more info on it, it says permissions and some sort of command i have to enter but i have no clue where to enter it. Without entering those commands, nothing works as a part of any plugin.


    If you know how this works, please help lol. Thanks! :)

    I do have Operator, i did that through console. Things without this do work, like WorldEdit, so i have opped myself to be able to use them.
