WolfyUtilities Downloading Issues (Again)

Okay, so a few months ago I created a ticket that pointed out how the plugin https://www.spigotmc.org/resou…gin-api-1-14-1-16-x.64124 (WolfyUtilities) could not be downloaded. It has recently come to my attention that this plugin has changed since then, and now has some versions that are directly downloadable from their website. After learning for this, went to suggest the plugin, but it stated what was proved about the older versions. If you don't mind re-adding the plugin to your collection, that would be greatly appreciated.
