Server doesn’t work with mods

Ok, so I wanted to play with my friend on a server using my favourite mod. I am using the newest update of the mod “The Dalek Mod” and want to use JEI too, because there are a lot of recipes in the mod. I installed forge into the server, using the 1.12.2 one. There a three 1.12.2 forges, and 2 of them are not windows installers. When I open my minecraft using JEI, it says to use so and so forge or above. But I can’t use the other forges on aternos.

I just came to ask what’s the latest version of JEI that can run on least latest installer of forge available on aternos. If you can’t answer then could you tell me any other free server things like aternos?

I googled some stuff as well and also want to know if I’m supposed to have JEI installed into the server, or only need the mod I want to use.

I get that, but 14.23.5.2855 doesn’t have a windows installer so it won’t work for me. Trust me I have tried
