How to "Break ANY block on ANY location to get money"? reActions

    Hi, i need help with plugin reActions.
    On creating activators BLOCK_BREAK a get this with "only BLOCK: STONE and location: 250 65 243"
    But i need it WITHOUT LOCATION AND BLOCK TYPE.
    I need: When player breaks ANY block, on ANY location he gets a $1 money. (GIVE_MONEY 1)
    How do that?

    i'm noname who developed for 2 years nice servers that deleted by dnoternos
