Connection lost for one user

So me and my friends wanted to play a fabric server. We had done this before but other people were playing with us so we decided to reset everything and add and remove some mods. When trying to connect one of the users kept getting the message connection lost. We reinstalled all of the mods restarted the server restarted connection restarted fabric API everything but the problem still persisted. I checked some other threads for a solution but everything we tried wasn't working. Here is a link to the server log https://mclo.gs/RPtUUsV. The user who was experiencing the problem was MiM_Ga.
