My account was suspended while I was playing

For the aternos admin can I ask to remove the suspend, I don't avoid automatic shutdown, even when my server shutdown i was playing, and when I want to turn the server back on, I find my account has been suspended, when my server shutdown i was making a melon farm, at least if my account can't be detached, let me download the world file.
