whenever i use a software different than vanilla i am not able to join the server

i wanted to play Minecraft with my friends with plugins but whenever i use paper,bukkit or spigot as the software and try to join the server an error message come that "the authentication servers are down for maintenance." i have tried switching the software to forge and fabric but then also the same message comes. then i switched the software to vanilla and the server was working perfect and i was able to join. i tried switching back to the other softwares but the same message was displayed. by the way i am using tlauncher but i don't think it is a problem because of that. please help me.
