This is a default MOTD's translated version, and it looks very weird. Suggestion: prevent displaying a translated version of the default MOTD for some languages.

I don't know. I don't own the server. Best guess is that those were special characters from sucha language.

Update: the server IP is AternosDaBestKits.aternos.me. However, I still don't own the server!

It's Bulgarian, and probably a bug in Minecraft.
But we'll have a look at it.
