Hello I have problem with my server, I want to press F3+p to disable "Pause on lost focus" but I cannot because when I press it a window with players will pop up instead. What can I do?

Him holding F3 + P opens the social interaction screen instead of disable pause on lost focus which could means his F3 doesnt work. Usually this happens due to some keyboards binds their own function to it and could be solve by holding Fn

Also, if this doesnt work, you could try holding Fn + F3 first, then release Fn but still hold F3, then press P
